This Refund Policy governs all purchases, bookings, consultancy services, engineering services, wind energy systems, equipment, components, installations, maintenance services, training programs, and related products offered by Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. By placing an order, making a payment, signing a proposal, approving a quotation, or engaging our services in any manner, the customer agrees to be bound by this Refund Policy.
All payments made to Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd., including advance payments, booking amounts, design fees, consultancy charges, engineering fees, site survey charges, project development charges, installation charges, training fees, transportation charges, customization charges, and processing fees, are strictly non-refundable except where expressly agreed in writing by the Company. Since most products and services involve customized engineering, project planning, procurement, manufacturing, technical consultation, and resource allocation, customers acknowledge that substantial costs are incurred immediately upon order confirmation.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without the prior written approval of Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd.. Any cancellation request may be considered solely at the Company's discretion. If a cancellation is approved, Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to deduct all administrative costs, engineering costs, design costs, banking charges, procurement expenses, transportation expenses, taxes, and any other costs incurred before determining whether any refund amount is payable.
Products manufactured, customized, assembled, modified, configured, reserved, procured, or ordered specifically for a customer shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. Customers expressly acknowledge that wind energy systems, generators, turbines, towers, blades, controllers, inverters, batteries, structural components, and related equipment are often customized according to project requirements and therefore cannot be resold as new products.
Refunds shall not be available due to changes in customer requirements, project delays caused by customers, site readiness issues, construction delays, local authority approvals, utility approvals, weather conditions, grid connectivity issues, financial difficulties, relocation, change of business plans, dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations, or any other reason beyond the direct control of Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd..
Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. does not guarantee any specific power generation, energy savings, electricity bill reduction, return on investment, financial benefit, wind availability, weather conditions, environmental conditions, government incentives, subsidies, net-metering approvals, or project profitability. Actual performance depends on numerous variables beyond the Company's control. Accordingly, no refund shall be granted based on actual energy generation or performance differing from customer expectations.
In the unlikely event that a product is determined by Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. to contain a manufacturing defect covered under the applicable warranty, the Company's obligation shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, or correction of the defective component. Refunds shall not be provided as a remedy for warranty claims unless expressly required by applicable law.
Where Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. voluntarily agrees to issue a refund, such refund may be subject to deductions including but not limited to administrative fees, processing charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, engineering costs, site visit expenses, transportation costs, procurement costs, and any other expenses incurred by the Company. The Company reserves the exclusive right to determine the final refundable amount.
Any approved refund shall be processed through the original mode of payment or any other method determined by Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd.. Processing times may vary depending upon banking institutions, payment gateways, regulatory requirements, and internal review procedures. Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by third parties.
The Company reserves the right to reject any refund request that contains inaccurate information, fraudulent claims, misuse of products, unauthorized modifications, improper installation by third parties, negligence, accidents, force majeure events, natural disasters, electrical faults, acts of government authorities, or any breach of contractual obligations by the customer.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. decision regarding refunds, cancellations, deductions, adjustments, credits, replacements, and related matters shall be final and binding.
Kamarta Robotics Technology And Automation Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
